- 添加 edu-core 依赖并注册 CommonCourseVideo 组件
- 重构课程详情页，使用 CommonCourseVideo 替换原有视频播放逻辑
- 调整版权声明样式为底部固定定位
- 更新应用版本号至 1.0.44
